I wanted to write you a note with regard to the excellent service and quality of the Ball Watch I received. The watch was even better than promised and has been the topic of many recent conversations in my travels. I would describe my buying experience as the best I’ve had of any online purchase I’ve made. That’s saying a lot as I’m a typical guy and hate to shop anywhere but online for the most part. The other thing I would like to highlight has been the service after the purchase. Michael has been attentive, even better, a great knowledge base for questions and even some additional straps after my purchase.
